    Hi,

The issue I’m having is that when when I paste an iFrame code provided by my third party sign up form plugin onto my HTML element of my page builder, an error pops up preventing my form being saved by my page builder!

I have contacted my hosting provider, and they told me that Wordfence is blocking it! Also they told me that there is no php errors.

How can I resolve this so I can save my form? Let me know in case you need more information.

    Appreciate your help!

    Kind regards

Hi @diazthereal, thanks for your question.

It sounds like Learning Mode could help you. From the Wordfence Dashboard click on Manage WAF. Then you will see Basic Firewall Options > Web Application Firewall Status. Change the option to Learning Mode. Now perform the actions that were causing issues, such as saving and visiting any page(s) containing the iframe code. This will help Wordfence learn that these actions are normal and it will allow them in the future. After you have finished performing the actions, switch the WAF from Learning Mode back to Enabled and Protecting.

    Many thanks,
    Peter.
