Word Press Error

I upgraded to WordPress 4.7.2 a couple of days ago (my website is http://www.farmlytics.com), I can log in to wordpress as admin, and there are 2 plugins needing updating, but when I click on update, or try to access the dashboard to whole thing freezes. Ive tried using a different browser, and there I get a message about a programming error?
