    Hi, I’m having a problem with early renewals with woocommerce subscriptions.

    I tested it with the following example, subscription every 2 days.

    On the 2nd of February I bought the subscription, on the 3rd I received an email for early renewal I went to renew but the end date has not changed, on the 4th I received the email to pay the subscription and only then is the end date changed to the 6th.

    Do I need something extra to change the date?

    We are using webdados plugin with portuguese payment methods.

    By any chance, are you referring to the premium plugin WooCommerce Subscriptions here?

    If so and you have a valid license with us, can you please open a support request for us to investigate further about your issue?

    Otherwise, if this was from a third-party plugin, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.
