WooCommerce Shortcodes and Bundle Products Not Displaying

    Hello Support Team,

    I hope you’re doing well.

    I am currently facing two issues on my website [ redundant link deleted ]e that I would like to get resolved:

    1. WooCommerce shortcodes are not working on the page.
    2. Bundle products are not showing in the shop section ([ redundant link deleted ]).

    Could you please investigate what might be causing this issue?

    Previously, I had trouble loading the orders overview page in the backend. On another site, the SiteGround support team informed me that the issue was caused by the Product Bundles for WooCommerce plugin. I optimized the MySQL tables, and after that, the orders backend page became accessible again. However, I’m unsure whether the SiteGround team did anything else.

    Interestingly, the translated pages are still working correctly.

    I would appreciate your help in resolving these issues.

    Although I am not a technical support agent, I will try my best to help as best as I can.

    You can kindly let me know which shortcode you are trying to place? Did you try to insert shortcode into the bundle page?

    Please provide me with a smart bundle product link that can be viewed publicly? I searched your shop but didn’t see any smart bundle.

    If possible, you can kindly make a screen recording to show me the backend bundle settings and describe the issue better. I will try to help you troubleshoot these.

    Dear Janilyn,

    Thank you for your response and your willingness to assist.

    I have already reported this issue to the Finale support team (https://xlplugins.com/finale-woocommerce-sales-countdown-timer-discount-plugin/), and I believe they are working on a solution.

    After the recent plugin update, the bundle products are at least visible again. However, the discounted prices are still not displayed correctly on the website and product pages—they only appear correctly in the shopping cart.

    It seems there is an incompatibility between the “Finale” plugin and bundle products.

    Please let me know if you can assist in improving the integration between your plugin and Finale.

    Hi @gifiy ,

    I am afraid I am not capable of helping you with the compatibility issue as I know nothing about the technical stuff. The incompatibility issue is oftern very difficult to tackle, even with our developers since we need to learen about the other plugin as well.

    However, this forum is for providing public support for free plugins on org so it’s very difficult when it comes to solving technical conflicts.

    If you receive any feedback or useful hints from the other plugin author, kindly share and I will report to our developers for further investigation.
