• We have recently encountered a significant issue after updating WordPress, Elementor, and WooCommerce to their latest versions. There appears to be a serious conflict between Elementor and WooCommerce.

Specifically, when attempting to upload an image using the Elementor Image widget, the “Choose Image” button becomes unclickable, preventing us from selecting images from the media library. Please refer to the attached screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/k9RFRydO0id6

After thorough troubleshooting—deactivating and reactivating plugins and themes one by one—we identified that the problem resolves only when WooCommerce is disabled. However, since WooCommerce is essential for our site, keeping it deactivated is not a viable solution. I’m attaching the console log at the time of clicking the image widget: https://prnt.sc/3yQ-ro_tk9yW

We kindly request that you address this compatibility issue and ensure that WooCommerce works seamlessly with the latest versions of Elementor and WordPress. Please make the elementor compatible.

Thank you for your attention and support.

    Hi @rahmatanik,

Thanks for reaching out and providing all the details.

There are no known issues with the Image widget and WooCommerce, but sometimes unique setups can cause conflicts. Please enable the ‘Switch front-end editor loader method’ in Elementor > Settings > Advanced, clear all caches, and try again.

If the issue remains and you have an Elementor Pro, please contact support with your system info and error logs.

    Kind regards,
