Are you using the latest plugin version (1.2.2)?
@rafkwa Indeed yes, I updated to the latest version and then encountered this issue
How I fix this issue, after searching few hours,
1. Go to the “Elastic Email Sender” menu in the left panel.
2. then select the “Settings”
3. After that, Under “MIME type:” select “text/html” radio button.
5. then click “Save Changes”
Problem Solved.
