• Hi,

I had this issue on several woocommerce websites.

After upgrading to 6.7, the woocommerce back AND front-end do not have the proper translations anymore. So my site is in Dutch, and suddenly it is all ENglish now.

I tried all tips I could read online, as this issue has lots of people affected. Nothing works …

What is the best method to fix this ?

    Thank

    Hi @bartdevrieze,

Before we dig deeper, I’d like to clarify a few points so we can be sure we’re looking at the correct flow and not mixing separate systems together.

    • When exactly does the language issue appear? After updating WooCommerce, after updating translations, or only on certain pages?
    • Are you using any translation or multilingual plugins (WPML, Polylang, Loco Translate etc)?
    • Does the problem persist if you temporarily switch to a default theme like Storefront?
    • Have any custom .po or .mo translation files been added or modified?
    • Could you share the relevant error logs from WooCommerce → Status → Logs, especially anything referencing translations, i18n, or WooCommerce errors?

Once we have this info and the logs, we’ll be able to pinpoint whether this is a translation loading issue, a plugin conflict, or something else entirely.

    Looking forward to your response.
