Orders getting stuck on payment pending is usually due to the user not paying the requested amount. Check the order, look at the expected amount of crypto, and compare it to what you got.
Then tell the user to transfer the exact amount in the future.

This was my first test, so I actually sent the payment. So, I know it was sent 😀
I sent it manually according to instructions. I sent the amount to the wallet specified. I see it in the recipient wallet.
Any other ideas?
The order is now marked Cancelled.
You’ll have to edit the order and email us the MCC payment ID, and then show us the transaction on a blockchain explorer.

That is only correct for the 3rd time I tried. I also sent more screen shots showing it failed after I turned setting back off.
