woocommerce delete wp users

    I’m having serious problem with woo commerce schedule actions “wc-admin_delete_user_customers” via Async Request because it had deleted about 400 users from the db.
    I have reset the DB several times keeping woocommerce plug-in deactivated but every time I reactivate it, a series of scheduled actions start and delete most of the users in wp
    Is it normal?
    How can disable it?

    Hi @robertodimaio!

    Did you set a time frame to retain inactive accounts under WooCommece > Settings > Accounts & Privacy > Personal data retention?

    If yes, leave the option blank to retain data indefinitely. Learn more on automatic deletion of data in this article:

    I’m not sure about that.
    Is there any way to check and swich off without turn on the wc plug-in?
    If I turn on wc, the routine runs immediatly and I dont have time to swich off it.

    It is not possible to check that without activating WooCommerce.
    So, I suggest you activate WooCommerce first, then check the “Retain inactive accounts” settings (and later you can inactivate WooCommerce and reset the database again).
