    For some reason Woo-rfq just randomly stops working. On Nov 23rd it worked then a week later nothing. Nothing was done on wp-admin side and nothing according to the hosting provider. This has happened 3 or 4 times now and my client is not happy. Please help!

    Hi eajessen,
    Can you provide the following information:
    1 WooCommerce version
    2 Woo-RFQ version
    3 Are you overwriting the simple.php in your theme subdirectory woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/ ?
    4 Do you see anything in the error log when you click Get Quote?

    If you’re in a tight spot right now, you can always roll back to 1.7.979 and do a manual installation.

    View version 2.6.8 details or update now. – can’t update because it breaks rfq

    multiple problems in your log I can see

    1: first wrap wp_qode_child_theme_enqueue_scripts() functions.php on line 31 in 

    if(!function_exists('wp_qode_child_theme_enqueue_scripts()')){
    // declare wrap wp_qode_child_theme_enqueue_scripts() function here
}

    2: undefined function get_field() in /home/eajessen/public_html/wp-content/themes/dt-the7-child/content-single.php

    both of these are fatal errors that are stopping processing after they happen.

    I just tested and Woo-RFQ is compatible with WooCommerce 2.6.8

    Are you on version 1.7.979 or 1.7.982?

    Also,
    is there a woocommerce/woo-rfq directory in your child theme?

    Yes RFQ is in the child.

    1.6.9 Like I said we can’t update without it breaking everything.

    What version are you on? With all the numbers

    I can’t tell that from the log.
    Although get_field() is in content-single.php which is the page where variable products are added to cart. But it is hard to say.

    it might be that WooCommerce session has not started. Older versions use the WooCommerce session to store data. Newer version uses transients.

    Assuming you did not restart the server or fixed it some other way, the fact that it started working after i visited the cart page tells me it is possible the session had not started.

    You can add the following to your functions.php. this might prevent this from happeneing.

    if (!is_admin()) {
    $session_handler = new WC_Session_Handler();

    if (!$session_handler->has_session()) {

    $session_handler->generate_customer_id();
    $session_handler->set_customer_session_cookie(true);

    }
    }

    I appreciate the help but I ended up actually restoring the server to when it was working. Do you by any chance do any freelance work to support this? I would be more than willing to pay to not have this happen again.
