Woo product update stuck when RM active

    Hi,

    Using RM for ages. On this dev site the the Update is stuck in an infinite loop on edit product page, when RM is active. RM deactivated: product updates fine.

    /error_log shows only these warnings:
    [10-Oct-2025 08:50:44 UTC] PHP Warning:  Undefined array key "width" in /home/.../wp-content/plugins/seo-by-rank-math/includes/modules/schema/class-jsonld.php on line 475
    [10-Oct-2025 08:50:44 UTC] PHP Warning:  Undefined array key "height" in /home/.../wp-content/plugins/seo-by-rank-math/includes/modules/schema/class-jsonld.php on line 476

    I can send system info and console errors as well.

    These errors relate to your Knowledge Graph logo, which defaults to your site logo, if it’s not set. Try reassigning these to an image from your media library.

    Thank you so much for getting in touch.

    From the error message you shared, you must have uploaded an image without a metadata so please set the fallback Open Graph thumbnail at WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta → Global → OpenGraph Thumbnail. Click the Add or Upload File button and then set your image. Finally, click on Save Changes.

    Make sure to upload an image in JPG, PNG, or GIF format.

    If that doesn’t help, the updating issue must be coming from something else. Let us know know if that’s the case and we’ll investigate this further for you.
