Woo commerce payment issue

I’m getting an error on my website when a customer checks out. We receive the payment but not all the details regarding the purchase, such as the date they have booked our services for. The purchase doesn’t show in our bookings but does in our orders.

We get the below error. Any help would be appreciated.
