Wizard Stuck Step 2

    Hi,

    I am new to this so please bare with me! I’m not hugely knowledgeable in this area! I have installed the plugin and felt it best to run the wizard. Initially the wizard was stuck on the 1st part of step 2 (connecting to GTMetrix) however that has now worked and it’s now stuck on the 2nd part of step 2.

    I have read other similar posts and saw to check the chrome browser console for JS errors and I think I have done it right ?

    This is the error I see (in red):

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 504 (Connection Timed Out)
    /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php:1

    Could you please advise what I need to do?

    could be a connectivity issue but hard to say for sure. are there any relevant entries in you php errorlog hellosunshineqld?
