Will it erase themes?

The site on working on went weird on me last night. I’m using the Sydney theme, but I’ve downloaded several themes and demo content to test the site out, and I loaded and added some changes to sydney yesterday. Everything was working fine, but today, it’s goofed up.
I was wondering if this plugin will completely delete all the themes and demo content that has been loaded in WordPress up to this point.
