Will Akismet block Mailchimp from access to RSS feed

    I’ve been using a different plugin for anti-spam, and it blocks Mailchimp from accessing the RSS feed, which it needs to do for an auto blog post to email campaign. The only fix with that plugin is to add the IP addresses that get blocked, to a whitelist. Which kind of works, until Mailchimp uses a different IP address. So, if I switch/pay for Akismet, will I run into the same problem?

    Howdy, Akismet will not block Mailchimp from accessing your RSS feed. It is probable your other anti-spam tool has some other security features preventing access, but Akismet will certainly not interfere 🙂
