Widgets not available

I am using the free version to learn if this is a desired plugin for my clients website. This site uses Divi and I read that may be an issue. But even when I build a page using Gutenberg, the filter widgets do not show up as shown in your video. What am I overlooking? I really want to use the plugin. It would be a wonderful tribute to the website.
