Widget not displaying the stats | WordPress.org

This used to work, but stopped a while ago. The widget at the right bottom of the page is no longer displaying the stats, only dashes. I read this would be related to permissions, but I tried creating a php file inside the api folder, and I was able to access it without issues. Access to the variables.php file does not go through, though.

Any ideas? My .htaccess file has no rules at all. I am running Wordfence, but I tried disabling it and still no stats.

hi,

I use Wordfence in all sites with NewStatpress, so it gives no problem.

Did you get result in Overview and/or Dashboard from Newstatpress?

Could you try to add those variables in widget:
* %since% – Date of the first hit
* %os% – Operative system
* %browser% – Browser
* %ip% – IP address

and see if them works (then you can remove them).

Are you using some caching plugin?
