Plugin Support

Unfortunately, any of the plugins that add custom fields to the checkout page are currently not compatible with WooCommerce blocks. Once WooCommerce adds any hooks or filters, we will definitely provide the compatibility.
For now, we suggest using the shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] to create the checkout page, as this will enable our plugin to work correctly.
Thank you!
Good thing you communicated that so well to the users, as I had months of trouble on my checkout page and couldn’t find the cause of it. Until I noticed that on the staging site everything was working well with shortcode instead of blocks. But heads up would have been nice.
thank you.
Thank you for your feedback.
We completely understand how confusing it must have been to troubleshoot without a clear explanation, and we appreciate your patience in working through it.
We’re actively working on improving compatibility with WooCommerce blocks, but unfortunately, until that functionality is fully integrated, the shortcode workaround remains the most reliable option. We’ll be sure to update our documentation and provide clearer guidance moving forward, to avoid any future confusion for users.
If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Thank you!
