@fabrizio-azzali This is a new setting in v4.x and is related to our new Schema features where you can select between a number of new Schema Types such as Products, Recipes, Courses, etc. These features are aimed at business users that want granular control over their Schema, rather than users that just want All in One SEO to output the correct Schema for pages and posts and not have to worry about anything more complex.
@wpsmort Thanks for your answer. The fact remains that before v4.x I could freely choose scheme type without having to acquire the PRO version.
It is obviously your commercial choice and you are free to changhe but I am also free to change plugins.
