    Dear all,

where is the survey data of my website’s user stored? Is it stored on my website, wordpress, the servers of my host provider? Or will it be stored externally? Both? What kind of data is shared with third partys? I plan to ask for sensible psychological data and therefore need to know everything, for my clients and GDPR. Unfortunately, I could not find infos for that and could not find answers by the support of everest.

    Thanks in advance.

    Kind regards
    Robin

  • Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in,

Data are stored on your site’s database. However, it is completely your choice whether to store data at all. You can disable storing entry information from Form Settings > General.

Adding to this, please refer to the documentation in the link below to create a GDPR compliant form.

    https://docs.everestforms.net/docs/how-to-create-gdpr-compliant-form/

    I hope this helps.

    Dear Sandip Pokherl,

your answer is very kind and helpful for me, thanks a lot. How can I check the data storage of the plugin? I need to be 100% sure. Or are you an employee of everestforms?

    Thanks for further advice.

    Kind Regards!

    Hi Robin,

Would you please let me know what are you specifically looking for? The data submitted by the users are stored in your database in wp_evf_entries table.

    Regards!
