My apologies for the delayed response. Did you figure it out?

It depends on the Location Rules you have set for your ACF Field Group. For example, if your Location Rules are set to show the field group when the Post Type is equal to Post, then you would probably put the code generated by the Theme Code plugin in your theme’s single.php template or maybe inside a template part included in the single.php template.
