Hello @philbeaux, thanks for opening a support topic with us. If you’re still encountering this with Site Kit enabled then I’d be happy to investigate further with you. Please could you start by sharing the following:
- Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
- Can you confirm that when going to Site Kit > Settings > Connected Services that the Reader Revenue Manager module is not connected.
- Does the same occur from an Incognito window?
- A screenshot or recording of where on your website you see the subscribe option.
Once you have shared the above, I can review to see what next steps can be taken and offer you some more advice to find out what is happening here. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.

I submitted the Site Health info and confirmed the Reader Revenue Manager is NOT connected. It does happen in a private window. I uploaded a video of it Here: https://imgur.com/a/b9UHmiy.
Now, I’ll say that this began happening immediately after I signed up with an ad network, don’t know if it’s just a coincidence or not.
@philbeaux Thanks for sharing the site health information. I have reviewed your website and can see the subscription form you mentioned. Looking at this closer, I can confirm that this isn’t a Site Kit form and is not coming from the Site Kit plugin.
On closer inspection I can see references to grow.me/spotlight where this looks to be coming from. I can see upon reviewing the information that you shared that you are using the Grow for WP plugin. This looks to be where this is coming from. I’d suggest reaching out to the support team for that plugin for further assistance with this.
