What captcha can I use?

Hi there,

I need help with captcha settings. Since middle of February we have many spam and fake accounts and job offers. To solve the problem I would like to have a captcha and looked into the settings but I’m not sure how to set the right settings. In the settings it seems that it is only possible to use Google reCaptcha is that true? Or can I also use a different Captcha?
