Weekly View in Calendar

This is a great plugin. I’ve just switched to it from events manager.

I’ve removed the option to display the calendar by week.

When I was playing with displaying events using the weekly option, which would be my preferred mode, the display was starting on week 6 which a) does not exist and b) we have no events during week 6.

I would also love it if the view/lists could start with the current week.
