This only happens on one of my sites. I’ve decided not to use Mailchimp there. But it may be a conflict with other plugins or a theme.
Having the same issue. Replacing the plugin with the previous version fixed it for me…hopefully.

Experiencing same problem here. Also still getting a headers already sent error, making it difficult to access the WP-Admin. Had to disable it for now.
This problem should be fixed in the latest version (1.3.5).

Any info?
This means there was an issue retrieving your MailChimp lists. Please verify your api key and that you have lists in MailChimp. I just tested the current version (1.3.6) with WordPress 4.3.1 and it is working.
Please let me know if you still have any issues.
