Hi,
What is your litespeed license type ?
It looks like your license doesn’t have cache module.
If you purchased license directly from litespeed technology, then I’d suggest you submit a ticket there since this could be a license issue.
If you purchased license from a reseller , you shall contact your reseller respectively.

I do not use a litespeed cache. Is that a problem?

Seems we are down to the bottom of the problem , I will mark this topic solved since this is not exactly a LSCWP issue rather a license issue which you should submit a ticket to where you purchased litespeed license.
