    Check the file .htaccess, perhaps its rules are not allowed to writing to a file.

    What should i write there?

    Someone told me this and it worked for one page
    #zum arbeiten mit PHP CGI
    AddHandler php5-cgi .php

    But when i try this on another page it doesnt work :/
