Warn-Known Vulnerabilities

hi.
today i switched on my pc to start finishing development of a project website. i went to ithemes security plugin to check log, i found a warning note it says:

WP <= 6.1.1 – Unauthenticated Blind SSRF via DNS Rebinding.

i searched the internet i found no fix for this problem yet. security is one of the major factors i have to be carefull. i have ithemes pro security plugin and ninja firewall plugin.
when i first install wordpress none of thiss happened. this is a wordpress vulnerability i think. no relation with others plugin my thoughts. plz correct me if im wrong.
i need help to find solution to this asap. plz guide me where shoul i go and do?.. thanks
