• It was supposed to integrate with Elementor which was one of the reasons I recommended the purchase previously. However, I’ve been noticing that many of the included Elementor widgets in the paid for plans are half-baked solutions. From a development aspect, it’s hard to figure out why many of the widgets lack some basic features or integration with Elementor’s dynamic tag feature. Support is pretty slow so far. Their ticketing system is not optimal. At this point it’s hard to recommend this product for a serious deployment.

Just wanted to add that the chat support process that exists in the bottom right corner is responsive. However, anything that requires a technical response enters a limited ticketing system and I’m finding that the response time is very very very slow for that on the paid plan. I’m awaiting a response now on a ticket that has been live for 10 days so far. There has been one response within that time from the Dokan team and the multiple issue I’m reporting are still ongoing. YMMV but I’m tossing this out there for other devs who may be considering using this.
