    Hi,

    Since installing this, the views count does not seem to record anything?

    I turned off WF in case it was a rule issue but it seems not?

    Any ideas, please?

    Hi @rik0399,

    Thanks for your contact!

    First of all, it is important to clarify that TA’s statistics are recorded when someone clicks a ThirstyAffiliates cloaked link, so you won’t see counts increasing unless those links are actually being used.

    If you’re mostly testing by clicking the links from pages on your own site, perhaps try to enable the Enhanced JS Redirect option in WP admin dashboard -> ThirstyAffiliates -> Settings -> Link Appearance -> “Enable Enhanced Javascript Redirect on Frontend” and see if it helps (please note this option is only shown when the Statistics module is enabled under Settings -> Modules -> Statistics).

    Further, if it’s still not recording after that, kindly let us know your link prefix (e.g. /go/) and any caching/CDN setup you might be using, as server/edge redirects or caching can sometimes prevent the click from being logged.
