VideoPop error

I am using VideoPop 1.3 on two WP sites. The first site works fine, but the second site says that “The source filter for this file could not be loaded.” This isn’t the case for the first site.

I’ve uploaded everything correctly but when you click on the link to watch the popup box says “Sorry, video not available.” even though the video has been uploaded and everything.
