Please ensure your Jetpack connection is active, as VideoPress relies on it. You can check this using the Jetpack Debug Tool. If the connection is fine, try uploading the video again at a different time or from a faster internet connection. Also, ensure the video meets the recommended specifications.

Have the same issue two videos stuck on processing for several days. Debug tools reports all is fine.

Sorry, I haven’t submitted a ticket yet. I will do that today as it is still not working.
The video is at the recommended spec, Jetpack is connected and debug comes back clean.
Actually, after the recent Jetpack updates, I was able to delete and reupload and now it seems to be working. Thanks!
