Video play issues

    Dreamhost states that they can’t improve the start, stop, slow to start, changing to a black page video service I am experiencing. The videos are about 15 seconds. One minute all is good, the next time no play. I am using BuddyBoss. Would change if I could find community themes. I am not a tech guy
