Video Issues..

I’m using latest version of one tone, and latest version of wordpress, but my background video doesn’t load sometimes.. and rarely it loads.. i dono what might be the problem..

One tone is an awesome wp theme, i am planing to buy pro.. but this video isnt playing.. can anyone help me..pls..:( i really wish to play that video.. i have currently used the default video.. i want to use https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NXmU_XpQzoY video so i just wanted to make sure the video works. thank u so much mageewp for providing theme and thanks for help in advance:)
