Hi, @silenceworld
You’re right, it can be complicated. But if you really just want to turn on caching in the LiteSpeed Cache plugin and not worry about the other features, that is possible, too. Take a look at our Beginner’s Guide.
Credits are only necessary if you want to use the image optimization, page optimization, or CDN services of QUIC.cloud (and even then, if you have modest usage, it won’t cost any money). At any rate, if you just want simple caching, you can ignore all of that. The Beginner’s Guide should help.
Thank you, I will check that and I will write βοΈ here.
Ok let;’s do it
I have this on the top of the plugin settings
“WARNING
LSCache caching functions on this page are currently unavailable!
To use the caching functions you must have a LiteSpeed web server or be using QUIC.cloud CDN. Learn More”
What next, because I didn’t see that on your Guide
Best regards

Ah. The guide assumes that your server has already been properly configured by your hosting provider. I will look at improving the guide in that area.
Did you click the “Learn More” link in the warning you received? It should have explained to you how to proceed.
Essentially, this warning means that you are either not using a LiteSpeed server, or your LiteSpeed server’s cache module is incorrectly configured.
If you are using a LiteSpeed server, then you can send these instructions to your hosting provider to ensure the server-level cache module is configured correctly.
If you are not using a LiteSpeed server, then it does get a bit more complicated. It either means that you can’t use the caching functions of the LSCache plugin, or it means that you need to sign up with QUIC.cloud CDN to use them.
After you’ve looked at those docs I linked, if you still need help, we’d be happy to provide it, but please open a new support topic, since the reviews section isn’t the best place for it π
Hope this helps!
