Morning, after investigation it only occurs when you include an image with a call to action. a workaround was to create a longer image, include it as a background, create a <div> with a height or the original image and then include the CTA, if this makes sense, the site you saw was after I had implemented the corrections

The issue sounds more due to a conflicting CSS. If you could set up the pop-up that had the problem on a different page and share the URL, it would help us to take a closer look at what exactly is causing the conflict and suggest any potential workarounds.
If you are fine with the current approach of adding a longer image which currently fixed the issue then its good.
