Do you receive this message when logged in?
When I try to download a file uploaded, in the widget.
I can’t duplicate this in chrome or firefox. What browser are you using and have you disabled other plugins and switched themes to check for conflicts?

In homepage you will see on left sidebar a the user file widget list files.
Click on file “SharePod_3.99” and you will see the message error.
Thank you, I have received the error also. Can you please create an admin account and send the details to tom at whereyoursolutionis dot com so I can troubleshoot this further? I would like to fix this in the next update if possible.

Solved: Server permissions for allow_url_fopen must be on for files to be downloaded.
