Maybe it depends on the size of the database. On another site where the database is smaller, everything works.
On the first version PHP 8.3 On the second 8.4
WordPress 6.8.3

I want the fatal error from wp adminer not other Irrelevant warning

This ddoesn’t help. Try to find out the fatal error message. Search how to do it. Try enable WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY
