What will it take to get Cloudflare to participate in this support Forum?
Sent them a ticket about it. Didn’t work 🙁
Cloudflare Support has alerted the plugin developers to issues reported on this forum. “They’ll get back to you”.
I would stick to the previous version until they come back with something serious.
@europljanin Looks like the Cloudflare plugin developers are far more active and responsive on Github. I suggest you use https://github.com/cloudflare/Cloudflare-WordPress/issues/new to report this issue IN DETAIL, so that we can all benefit.
@europljanin was there anything in error_log or wp-admin/error_log when you activated the plugin?
@europljanin & @brandsteve can you either open up support tickets with more details or reply on github here: https://github.com/cloudflare/Cloudflare-WordPress/issues/238
information if you can provide it:
-wordpress version
-mysql version
-version of CF plugin you upgraded from
-any error logs you have
-list of steps that you took that got you into that state
We haven’t seen this in any of our testing, so the more info given the more likely we can try and reproduce it ourselves.
