    Hi,

    After updating the plugin to the latest version 2.8.3, the header stopped appearing on all pages (except for one!) When editing any of the pages in Elementor, the header showed up fine. But in the front end the header contents, such as the logo and navigation, were absent.

    I had to rollback UAE to 2.8.2 to ensure that the header was presented across the entire website.

    Your insight on this matter is greatly appreciated.

    Since we haven’t been able to replicate this on our test environments, it suggests a conflict with another plugin, the theme, or a cached version of the site’s CSS.

    To help us narrow this down, please try the following steps:

    • Regenerate CSS: Since the header appears in the editor but not on the front-end, go to Elementor > Tools > General and click ‘Regenerate Files & Data.’ This often fixes display issues after an update.
    • Conflict Test: Temporarily deactivate all plugins except for Elementor and Ultimate Addons for Elementor. If the header reappears, you can reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.
    • Theme Test: Switch to a default theme (like Hello Elementor or Twenty Twenty-Four) to rule out a theme-specific conflict.
    • Clear Cache: If you are using any server-side caching or a plugin like WP Rocket, please ensure all caches are fully cleared.

    If the issue persists even with a default theme and no other plugins active, please let us know! We’ll want to take a closer look at the site configuration to see why the header is failing to trigger.
