I am having the same problem and also had to roll back. This is the second time since starting to use Caldera Forms I have faced a problem. A while back, one version crashed my site completely. When the plugin works it’s really great! But the developers need to test it more before releasing updates!

Thanks for using Caldera Forms, I’m sorry you’re having these issues. Is there anyway you can send me example forms that illustrate the issues you are having? That would allow me to understand what is going wrong and build tests for these edge cases — we are aware that in some cases entries are not saved, but I’m not sure what those cases are yet — and fix the bug.

We have released Caldera Forms 1.5.7.1, it fixes a bug causing some types of fields that have conditional logic on them to not be saved properly. I apologize about that.
I would recommend testing that on your staging sites. If needed you can always use WP Rollback to switch to the older version.
