Variable products not getting sync on facebook

Thanks for getting in touch about our Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. I’m happy to help out here 🙂

In addition to your helpful screenshots, I’m going to need a bit more information to help narrow this down.

First, could you please send a screenshot of the settings in WooCommerce > Facebook > Product sync tab?

Then, please log into your Facebook catalog here: https://www.facebook.com/products/

And follow these steps to gather some helpful information:
1. Go to Catalog > Items
2. Select your variable product in the screenshot you sent
3. Click View more fields, like this: https://cloud.skyver.ge/RBuW5w9K
4. Then could you please share with me the values for these fields? ID, Item Group ID, Product visibility
5. While you’re in there, could you please click on the Variants tab, and take a screenshot like this? https://cloud.skyver.ge/8LurBQbD

Lastly, for your variable product, could you please share the post ID? You can find the post ID in the link like this: https://localsingle.local/wp-admin/post.php?post=103&action=edit

As a lot of links need to happen between Facebook and WooCommerce for a successful sync, this information could help us narrow down what could be causing this issue.

I’m having the same problem.

My product additions are not synced with Facebook. Can’t figure out the problem.

Facebook catalogs now support category specific fields, to make best use of them you need to select a category. WooCommerce uses the google taxonomy as it is the most widely accepted form of categorisation.
