UTC vs Local Time Problem

WP 3.7.1
This plugin is almost perfect!

Only one problem: the plugin is using the UTC time and not the Local time I set (UTC-X). We don’t have the option to set the time zone in the plugin – so the plugin use the wordpress time (server).

Settings -> General if you set the local time you will see this: UTC is 12-11-2013 15:12:00 Local Time is 12-11-2013 10:12:00

I need the plugin use the Local time, please.
