Using the Shortcode

The shortcodes are designed for the direct chat button only.

If you would like to open the Greetings Form, you can use the Greetings Actions feature:

Click Action:
Add the ctc_greetings class name to any element.
And when a website visitor clicks on that element, the greetings dialog will appear.
