[userswp] Login fields missing

Hello, I hope for your help! I have created several subdomains on which I have created a login page with userWP, all absolutely identical, with different subdomain names. For the last one created, I can’t see two “Username” “Password” fields on the login page. Only the unsubscribe button is there, without any fields. I’ve compared all the settings but can’t find the error. Thank you very much! 🙂
