users and clients

Hi:
Is it possible to have users managing their own clients:

User John manages clients/leads Peter, Mary, Lewis, etc.
User Jason manages clients/leads Penny, Moses, Lety, etc.
User Jack manages clients/leads Jeff, Melissa, Lawrence, etc.
and so on.

Each user would only see their own clients
Managers can see all users and clients from respective users
