Usergroup name change?

I wanted to know it if was possible to change the name of the Admin usergroup.
or make another usergroup with the same permissions as the Admin group.Kind regards,

The Dashboard > Forums > Phrases admin page option worked.
i put Owner in it instead of Admin then cleared the cache and that worked fine.EDIT: It didn’t work, on the forums it still says that i’m in the group Admin and that didn’t change to Owner.
