I wondered if Gravity Form and its ability to save input as post fields might’ve been a mechanism by which to do so:

But based on what little I know about MySQL, it looks like that wouldn’t be a viable approach.

this could be an option to create user-fillable form, but I don’t think that it will be possible to merge this with TablePress.
