User reports

I have 700 some users.
they each have around 30 attributes.
Some are default and some are advanced custom fields some are woo commerece.

i need a solution that will allow me to check off multiple filters and run a report on how many members i have that are male, with red hair ad live in New York.

will this solution allow me to do that?
