    Hi,

    Just downloaded your plugin and it is everything I need. I am no expert so I am still trying to find my way through it all but I know a little of the basics. My issue is that when I created a test member I couldn’t find a lot of the options there are on the plugin screenshots (Edit profile, banner, etc)

    I only have access to this

    Would be great if you could help me solve this.

    Please provide a link to the test member profile. I have to take a look to understand what is wrong.

    The “Edit profile” link is shown in the profile actions menu under the cog icon. See image.

    The cover photo (banner) can be uploaded in the profile Edit mode. Click the “Change your cover photo” icon in the cover area, then click the “Change cover photo” item and you’ll see the cover photo uploader. See image.

    Upload the photo, select an area to crop and click the “Apply” button. See image.

    Once the cover photo is uploaded click the “Update Profile” button or icon to save profile changes and a new cover. See image.

    The plugin automatically resizes, compresses and creates thumbnails (smaller images) for uploaded cover photo and profile photo. There are settings to customize uploaded photos. Read related articles for details:

    You can use settings on wp-admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > Appearance > Profile to select default cover image, cover size, cover ratio. You also can disable cover at all. See image.

    I didn’t give any login infos, was just asking. I don’t understand why you deleted my reply, there was just the link to the website I am having issues with…
